And...Merry Christmas to those people of faith,
without faith.
To those who work for peace,
without politics and self enrichment.
To those who help the poor and disadvantaged,
without return.
To those who live a liberal life,
without prejudice towards those who don't.
To those in need and those who help the needy,
without helping themselves.
To those who seek not to control your life, but take care of their own,
without prejudice.
To those that deliver, rain sleet or snow,
without comfort or complaint.
To those that seek 'The Way' of justice,
without knowing the way.

Regarding 'The Jobs Imperative.'
"Washington’s assumption that the economic recovery will trickle down to workers is wrong and unacceptable. It’s time for an emergency jobs program."
By PAUL KRUGMAN - Published: November 29, 2009
Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR)
Henry Morgenthau comes to mind. Henry Morgenthau served as FDR's Treasury secretary. Thus Morgenthau, who served from 1934 to 1945, was to FDR what current Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is to Obama. Morgenthau wrote in 1939: "We have tried spending money. We are spending more than we have ever spent before and it does not work. I want to see this country prosperous. I want to see people get a job. I want to see people get enough to eat. We have never made good on our promises. ... I say after eight years of this Administration we have just as much unemployment as when we started ... and an enormous debt to boot!"
Have we forgotten so soon how the Federal Government turned a recession into a ten year depression. Those who do not learn from history are destined to repeat it.

Lightfoot Letters,
Subject: HR615 - .Please Just READ 1ST PARAGRAPH... you will be amazed.I'm sending this out several times, this is one way to make the difference that so many of us want to see. Please CHOOSE NOW, you may forget to come back to the email....WE HAVE A CHANCE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS.IF YOU JUST READ THE FIRST PARAGRAPH YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO. If you choose to go to the website this puts our congress on notice.
HR615On Tuesday, the Senate health committee voted 12-11 in favor of a two-page amendment, courtesy of Republican Tom Coburn which would require all Members of Congress and their staff members to enroll in any new government-run health plan.Congressman John Fleming has proposed an amendment that would require Congressmen and Senators to take the same health care plan that they would force on us. (Under proposed legislation they are exempt..)
Congressman Fleming is encouraging people to go to his Website and sign his petition. The process is very simple. I have done just that at: http://fleming.house.gov/index.html
Senator Coburn and Congressman Fleming are both physicians. Regardless of your political beliefs, it sure seems reasonable that Congress should have exactly the same medical coverage that they impose on the rest of us.
Thank you,AngieLightfoot Letters wrote on Jul 11, 2009" Ocams Razor: If the government health care plan is better than private plans....why wouldn't all citizens participate. If the government health care plan is not as good as private plans..why would any citizen participate, with out force, fines and penalties? " (part of commentary published by LATimes group)

Historic?
but this is an ‘historic’ presidency! the media said so! (isn’t every presidency, every election, historic?) someone should tell Jimmy Carter, George H.W Bush, Bill Clinton sorry you won’t be included in the history books, you weren’t historic enough, and see how they react.
and Nancy Pelosi is a hag of historic proportions.

Letter to the editor:
The college age students should stop supporting Federal and State Government policy that has created the high cost of education. In the past students have not missed a chance to support the top heavy administration in the California public education system. One of the main reasons for the high costs.
AP Photo/ Paul S Sakuma The huge support staff is not necessary and adds to the high costs and keeps teachers from actually being teachers. Many, too many, teachers and professors spend their time and resources for political purpose and cause. It is not a case of academic freedom as a question of work for pay. Firing the staff that use the education system as their personal soap box would bring immediate costs reduction. Not to mention a better education. Again, students support these same staff and fight any reasonable or necessary costs saving efforts.
Bottom line: The students are, in a large part, protesting themselves. And, the masked ptotesters must be because they do not want to know who 'they' are.

Office of the Attorney General
State of California
Edmund G. Brown Jr.
I urgently need you, Office of the Attorney General of the State of California, to demand that all State Attorneys General file an Amicus Brief stating they agree that the individual right to keep and bear arms is protected by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and applies to all 50 states.
McDonald v. Chicago., et al.
Edmund G. Brown, Jr.
Defense of ones' person, by whatever means necessary, is a natural right, that can not be denied or granted by the state. The Second Amendment does not grant this right. It is a guarantee that the Federal Government and the Several States will not abridge such rights.
As Attorney General of the State of California you have sworn to uphold those guarantees contained in and enumerated by the First Ten Amendments.
Respectfully,

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Problems progressives in public education cause or make worse.
1. You can not force young males to accept life styles that conflict with their genetic makeup. This can lead to psychological harm and eventually violence.
2. You can not teach young males not to defend themselves. One who can not or will not defend themselves will not defend others.
3, The concept of self-esteem is not something you can give or teach as put forth by public education. Self-esteem comes from personal accomplishment. Which, public education has diminished in the class room and on the playing field.
4 "To raise a child in a society without consequences is not in the best interest of the child or society." (related to No. 3.) Problems progressives in public education cause or make worse.
5. Public education must stop the practice of punishment for young males that belong to the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, ROTC or like organizations. And, stop any policies that hinder or restrict like organizations at each and every educational level. And at the same time allow and finance race/segregation based political organizations like The Race.
Most of the serious problems on campus is caused or made worse by progressives in public education.
*In the past kids could get a pack of smokes pretty easy. However, it was next to impossible to get beer, drugs or guns. Today it is slightly more difficult to get a pack of smokes. However, beer, drugs and guns are easily obtainable. In the past kids did not care if you were gay, straight or somewhere in between. According to public education, today it is a crisis at every level of a kids life. If kids have civil rights, they have a right to be kids. The progressive education system is a serious violation of those rights.
Sincerely,
Lightfoot Letters

You contend that ACORN is not under investigation in 14 States. The prostitution tapes are staged. Voter registration fraud never happened. ACORN books have always been open to the public. There is no political campaigning by ACORN. ACORN helps all citizens not just the minorities They are not a front for the Democrat Party. President Obama never served as their legal council or in any other capacity. It is only a 'vast right wing big business conspiracy' to keep poor people poor and on and on and on. Let's say, you are right on all counts and ACORN is pure as Snow White on Sunday.
You seriously miss the main point.
US Constitution Article I, Sec. 8 denies the federal government the authority to establish or fund ACORN or any like organizations.
Amend.IX, X - The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. This does not leave much to interpret. It seems clear to me that the Several States, Counties, Cities or private business like Bank of America could fund ACORN or like organizations. Amend. X reiterates that no authority exists for the Federal Government to create nor fund with 'tax' monies organizations like ACORN. And, the Su. Ct. has no authority, to decide or create that, which does not exist.
This is the most important point. In fact, it is the only point. Good intentions must be within Constitution boundaries. If not, there is no 'rule of law' and this is just a exercise in futility among friends.
Lightfoot Letters
ps: The commerce clause does not give the Federal Government unbridled authority. To argue that point means Article I, Sec. 8. the IX and X Amend.s have no applicable meaning.
